Hi everyone - is anyone else having trouble getting into pprune and also flyertalk.com ?
Many times each day I get this response when trying to get into either website
'''Secure Connection Failed'''
It's been happening frequently the last few days. Only on these 2 websites. I do know that pprune and flyertalk are both run by
the same people. .
Any SENSIBLE reply would be appreciated thanks.
Thank you !

If you add Airliners.net and AirNav Radarbox24 to your list, you've won a teddy bear!

I was having a similar problem. In my case I think it was an issue with Firefox that arose "out of the blue" a couple of days ago. Was very frustrating struggling to get access to a range of web sites I regularly access. I found the solution here:

Hope it works for you too.

Thanks very much gezza for your reply, it was a Firefox problem but it was associated with my AVG anti virus as it was out of date - all good now, really appreciate your help mate, thanks again.
Cheers !

The web site had a major software upgrade very recently which created a few problems, some of which are still being debated by the Mods and the site publisher.

Thanks Tail Wheel - would that have affected flytertalk.com as well? As I understand it both sites belong to the same organisation.

No idea. I think Internet Brands (https://www.internetbrands.com/)claim to own around 400 web sites?
Correction, just found it here on IB list of web sites: https://www.internetbrands.com/our-brands/home-and-travel/
I think they also sold or licensed the software to a few non owned bulletin board web sites.
