View Full Version : SeaKing Crash - When Did This Happen?

The video clip I have shows a date of 7 May 02 and a SeaKing coming into land on the back of a warship/support ship. Unfortunately it doesn't make it and has quite a spectacular crash.

Looked again at the clip and looks like an American H-3, so the date is probably 5 Jul 02. I am awaiting for Pprune Pop to come back to me about to link to this video clip on my webspace and not show the 'dodgy' site that is also displayed. Will post the new link when I am cleared to do so.

For the purposes of clarity Which Way, whichever way you select ONE clip there are others that have NO place on PPRuNe and this thread is gone. Actually the link has, and while I think you may have been genuine in what you were pointing at, the other stuff on that site is not going to get any bandwidth here.

Apologies. No harm meant in posting the link to the other site. I appreciate your concerns.

Thanks

This video clip has been discussed on Rotorheads, here (http://www.pprune.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=60530) , with a link to a private site which has been deemed acceptable by Rotorheads moderator.

WhichWay. Don't worry about it. Feel free to post the link to actual incident but NOT to the site you gave.

John Eacott. The link you posted doesn't appear to work but I had a look in Rotorheads and found the thread. It DID refer to the hard core site I deleted above - which has now been removed. Porn, or references to child abuse has no place on PPRuNe and will always be removed.
