Effects of ozone

Hi

I understand that ozone is generated from aircraft engines and can be present in the cabin. I am wondering what the effects/symptoms are?

I believe the 747XP (is that it? the short stubby one, not the Microsoft produced version with the bugs) used to cruise at higher alts, and one of the effects was that the Cabin Crew suffered sore eyes and slightly more breathing difficulties, but they can convince themselves of anything like that. Ozone is present in the atmosphere at altitude, and even at sea level in pollution levels.
