Hello, can any Tornado pilots solve a mystery for me. I am looking for a Tornado altimeter to help complete my Tornado front panel project. I already have the radar altimeter but i need the main one. Someone has one for sale on ebay which they are claiming is a Tornado altimeter, they even provided a photo of a Tornado cockpit showing the altimeter and it is the same one as shown in their listing.
However I have being doing a lot of research about Tornado cockpits so i can make my panel as accurate as possible (it will be a GR1) and all the photos I have seen of the altimeter (apart from the 1 image that the ebay seller provided) show a different one, so did the Tornado only ever have one altimeter type or did they occasionally use another type?

As you can see it is similar but not identical to this which is the altimeter i see in every other image of a Tornado cockpit
