Hello,

I would like some answers on medical and licences?

I have a UK class 1 I would like to do my PPL in Poland and then do the CPL IR ME in England, Sweden or Greece.

How is it going for medical and licenses that I will receive?

I asked the school if it would be a problem he replied:

By doing an aviation training in EASA environment (meaning under EASA approved training program, provided by EASA Approved Training Organization, ATO for the reminder of the text, approved by EASA competent Authority) you can perform a part of the full course in any of EASA countries. In fact you can do your flight training with us with your UK CAA issued Medical Certificate and finish the training in Spain, all recognized mutually.

Now, your license will be issued by EASA competent Authority, under which you performed your skill test, meaning if you do it in Poland, your license will be EASA license, issued by Poland CAA and in future you can revalidate your ratings with any EASA examiner, not only in Poland.
The purpose of EASA was to create European mutually recognized environment for flying activities.

I thought the state which issues your medical will also issue your licence ?
