I have managed to obtain (and will willingly share it if someone is in need):
1. Aircraft Operating Manual
2. Pilot Training Manual vol 1
3. Flight Planning Guide
4. Honeywell FMZ Flight Management System Manual
So PTM vol 2 is the last piece of puzzle here :)
