CityJet looking for 12 new Cadets this year.

Climb High Mentored Programme offered by CAE
Self-funded 107000 EUR / 93400 GBP
No more than PPL or 100 hours flying experience

I've been invited to take an aptitude test in Oxford - does anyone know if there a guaranteed job offer at the be of the training? Or is it only of there are vacancies etc?
