Hey Drivers and Wannabe Drivers,
Allow me to ask this humble question. If person R decides to join a flight school at Wilson airport trains slowly due to slow flow of funds but manages to clear PPL,CPL and Instrument rating within 3 and half years and with 280TT what are his/her chances of getting a job within East Africa and especially Kenyan?

First job with any operator for true the first doesn't really have to be big.

Second Question, Person G decides to go outside the country for flight training and comes back home in Kenya with either FAA, Transport Canada license,EASA,Australian license or South African license and with a around 300hrs but less than 500, does a conversation and joins the Job market.

What are his/her chances of getting a job any local operator? All of the just have those hours plus KCSE non of them have a extra Diploma or Degree but they've all worked before. Can they all get something to fly, gain hours and be able to pay bills as they wait for the legacy airline dream that majority do aim for??

Person R and G are both Kenyans but the job search is extended to Uganda, TZ, Rwanda and South Sudan.

Thank you all.
Regards

The Sankara
