Info needed on Flying ATR in Wings Abadi airlines

Hello all!

Great to be back on this forum after many years

I was wondering if there is anyone with first/second hand information about Wings Abadi

I have been in contact with Rishworth for a theoretical Bali based contract but I have not seen or heard one person to confirm they are working for Wings from Bali

Please share your thoughts and experiences on this matter

From my understanding there is still no Bali base for the ATRs yet.

It is due to happen at some point in time in the future, but exactly when is a good guess. You'd be more likely to get one of the other bases where they need Captains.

You might want to try one of the other agencies who may provide you with more accurate insight.

I was just sent this info as well from another recruiter,
bases: Balikpapan, Jakarta, Makkasar, Surabaya, and Denpasar.
6/2 or 8/2 contract etc etc.

Any Indonesian airline offering you a bali base is lying.

Most expats would not admit they have flown for this airline out of embarrassment.

Airlines in Indonesia have bases in Bali but never do they send expats there.

first of all i would like to thank you all for your replys,
i have just read them due to my crazy roster with 3days off within 26days...pax boarding as i write this!

i know it sounds ridiculous i guess im flying more in europe than i would in SE asia...

anyways i will take this matter further and do more research...meanwhile i cant believe this misleading-base-recruiting-strategy has been going on for such a long time and it has not been exposed for what it is...
