Hello,

Has anyone been selected for the assessment stage for the recent TUI 'Non-Airline' Pilot recruitment?

This is the format of the assessment. Our assessment centres are a two way process; it’s a chance for us to understand if you can help us create unforgettable holiday experiences for our customers, it’s also a chance for you to learn more about TUI and see whether we are the right company for you.Assessment Centres will consist of two stages; during the first stage, there will be a group activity, a case study and a technical test. Throughout these three activities; your scores will be collated and if you meet the criteria, you will be progressed through to the afternoon. The second stage will consist of an individual competency based interview; as interviews will be completed individually, we anticipate that the assessment centre will finish at approximately 17.00. Please note all timings are approximate.
Can anyone please recommend the best way to prepare for the assessment and interview. Is there a good website online where competency based questions can be practiced as well as a case study?

Anyone already been through this and has an idea of what is involved?

Many thanks,
ExcelXLS Driver.

I applied within forty eight hours, 1200 total, 700 turboprop, recommendation from within company.
Yet to hear.

I know of people who have already received rejections...
