Interesting how they change how they report the stats - seem to flip flop between percentages and fractions, positive and negative points. I would hope they aren’t trying to emphasise certain points, stats should be purely neutral in tone.

I find it odd that the report states that the UK Armed Forces has 4 distinct Services.
Did the Royal Navy and Royal Marines get divorced?
If so, who got the music collection (aside from Iran)?
