There was an advertisement in 2015, seeking trainee F/O's.
56K USD for up to 500 hours line flying on the A320.
After 500 hrs, you're on salary to 1,000 hrs.
Requirements were minimum plus A320 type rating.
At least a person is aware of the cost involved, if they're prepared to do the Pay to Fly thing.
Total cost is at least 80K USD first year to get to the 500 hour mark, at your own expense (living & accomodation).

I recently got invited to cadet program and made it to final stage. (and yes it is p2f model)
but i had no information about working life, salary and training stf.
i needed to pay 65000 + 15000 for a320 rating , and when im done with training, need to fly 500 hrs as FO without being paid. but these information was just not adequate for me to decide whether or not i want to pursue my flying there
To sum, i rejected and looking for other airlines now.

I personally think it's a reasonable deal.
What does a person expect, when they don't have the skills and qualifications, then have to pay to fly until,
the skill and qualifications are obtained.
Or work as instructor flying Piper Warriors for the next 1,000 hours.

you mean like these idiots have to do in the US? What a bunch of morons. You have to pay your dues and develop command abilities, stick and rudder skills, patience, humility and responsibility for your students(crew) instead of paying for your way into the right seat. You’re entitled to that seat in that jet, you don’t have to earn it. You’re better than everyone else. Can’t wait to have you show us how it’s done.

Let's clear a few things here.
I don't pay2fly and i don't recommend anyone else to do that.
The danger in pay2fly schemes, is a person has to send ten's of thousands of dollars to a far away country,
and that money could disappear.
I was commenting on the advertisement in 2015 for trainee F/O's, you can find it on the internet.
I fully agree that working as an instructor or as a pilot in general aviation is the correct way for a person
to progress in aviation.
A person needed an A320 type rating (with or without base training/circuits), prior to applying to the
advertisement.
Another thing, you're trying to impose your culture on another, by telling how superior your way of
life is.
Respect other cultures and they way they do business, it's different in every country.
Pay2fly is an option to people that have access to a lot of money and want to get experience quickly.
Nobody's telling you to pay2fly,
It's interesting to know what opportunities are available out there in the world.
