Hi siduk,
Deccan Aviation, also known as Air Deccan, in India. They recently started regional flights in India with the 1900D. Right now, they only have 3 BE-1900Ds, but they should be getting more, I think, because they have bagged a large govt. subsidy for small town regional connectivity. I believe they are hard up for captains (and currently hiring non-Indian citizens). Unlikely that they will hire non-Indians as F.O.s due to govt. restrictions.

Edit: Go and do a search for Air Deccan or Deccan Aviation at Pilot Career Centre. Deccan is looking for captains primarily, I believe, and they may still be hiring non-Indian citizens who are experienced on type.
