i think its a long wait.. even Air Asia are looking expat Captains for there A320 fleet with better pay but not the benefits.. I think most Malaysians have gone to Hong Kong Airlines.
I dont think the message is getting through to management..there are no pilots...

I know of one that went to Qantas. The only one to MatSalleh airline.
