If it is flight training without prior experience you could look into schools such as ALL ATPS, they have schools throughout the U.S. or you could see your local airport for flight schools. It all depends on how much time and money you want to spend vs. what level of service you are expecting. The bigger schools may get you through to licence faster and slightly less expensive, whereas smaller flight schools may offer better individual guidance.

The big question is what is your experience level? Are you an experienced pilot with more than 1,500 hours total time and a license issued by another ICAO country, or are you zero time guy just looking to start out?

Also are you a U.S. citizen or green card holder or will you require a U.S. visa before starting training?

Do not know if it is still the case, but ATP used to have a fairly inexpensive ATP program for experienced pilots. It was just a few days of check ride prep and then the check ride in a PA-44 Seminole. This was assuming you came in with the ATP written successfully passed.
