Has anyone experienced this? I was working in Corel and Word when suddenly both of my monitors cjhanged fromm colour to greyscale. Any thoughts?

Make sure your video cables are firmly seated at each end.

If that doesn't help, hit the windows key, and type settings then hit return.
That should open the general Windows Settings.
Choose "Colour & High contrast" from the menu, and check "Apply Colour Filter" is not on.
Sometimes it turns itself on (not sure why, and it is rare, but it does happen).
Apologies if any of that was patronising; I don't know "how IT" you are.

Yes, and after confirming the cables are seated, try Windows Key+Ctrl+C.
(Settings\Ease of Access\Color & high contrast)
