Thing is, people don't want to pay enough taxes for us to be able to afford to let fascists in and then lock them up.

After providing housing, benefits, healthcare and education for the influx of murderous Jihadis, there probably isn't much cash left.

The banning and censoring of anything I oppose........

Used as a means of controlling hate it will morphy quickly into something where the mere utterance of anything that the meainstream media tell you what to think will get you labelled an extremist. Then a threat to Free Speech and Freedom of movrment so you must be locked up.

Isn't it strange that far-left groups never get banned ?

Strange? How so? Being the half of the communities with IQs above 100 they likely know to engage their superior brains before their months. They don’t carry leaflets which advocates violence at the next get-together.

Free speech is a right afforded to citizens. The government was merely doing their job, under the clear pretext of sovereign security, when the rabble-rousing interlopers were refused entry.

Well, since you mentioned free speech, you will be mortified to learn of the incarceration of our very own citizens in this respect.

Personally, and I'm sure you will be first to agree, there appears to have been a terrible miscarriage of justice here ( will you be starting a campaign to free the oppressed innocents involved ? ) because, regrettably, the sentence was only in weeks.....not in years. You could, in fact, be onto a winner with any campaign because there are already some contributors offering their moral support.

Not forgetting that, whilst the UK does have many attractions for visitors, I don't think most would include a proposed meeting with a convicted thug and racist as being high on their itinerary.

If you ban comment on suicide bombings, throat slitting, vehicle attacks against pedestrians, the mass rape of young girls, FGM and the barbaric treatment of animals then it is fair to assume that the government, and those who support such bans, don't give a toss about the security of its citizens, and are siding with, and encouraging the perpetrators.

Siti old boy !

Thou art fermenting and frothing well here, but, unfortunately, thou seems to have missed one teensy distinguishing point.

Free speech and commentary on the topics you earnestly profile has not been banned.

Incitement of racial hatred however.......well that's entirely different wouldn't you say ?

They donít carry leaflets which advocates violence at the next get-together.What an astounding claim! Being far-left means you have a high IQ? I would question the IQ of anyone making such a claim!! But yes, you enjoy the freedom of speech to make such daft claims.

sitigeltfel makes very valid claims.

Free speech is a right afforded to citizens.

No, it’s a right that is afforded everyone, citizen/ subject or not. UKBF (under the direction of the home office) has made a subjective and highly inappropriate judgment that security concerns outweigh the right of these people to enter and be heard in Britain.

Well, since you mentioned free speech, you will be mortified to learn of the incarceration of our very own citizens in this respect.

From the grauniad reporting, it seems the judge has substituted his moral judgment for a reasoned legal one. He talks of the defendants ‘displaying hostility’ towards Muslims and their faith. That is not (yet) illegal. Judgments like this one are extremely sinister. I hope that there are reasonable grounds for appeal.

From the OP's linkThe letter also cites Sellner's possession of leaflets which referenced "possible violence at his speech" and calls Robinson "a far right leader whose materials and speeches incite racial hatred." Pettibone was one of the most prominent online voices spreading the "pizzagate" conspiracy theory which falsely claimed that top Democratic officials were keeping child sex slaves underneath a Washington, DC pizza restaurant.

Do you really want such people in your country? Free speech is one thing but ...

Point of order:= these two charmers broke the law- like, an actual law. Passed by an actual parliament. I think.

I'd be chuffed to see the long list of others you have at your fingertips.

Mind yer fingers.
