I attended Heli Expo 2018 last week in Las Vegas and as was staying in hotel on the take off path from McCarran -, thus saw corporate 747-SP (my photos below). I am led to believe its a High Roller / Casino owned ....?

Yes, it's owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation. They own properties including The Venetian and The Palazzo in Vegas, as well as a number of others in Singapore, and Macau.
Worth noting, they also own another Boeing 747SP (2 in total), 1x 767, 4x 737 and an A340.

It is owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp. i.e The Venetian Hotel. They have 2 47SP's, L1011 and GIVSP. All same color scheme.

Often parked at Laughlin International airport when not required as it is cheaper.

It is owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp. i.e The Venetian Hotel. They have 2 47SP's, L1011 and GIVSP. All same color scheme.
Also they have a A340-542, same paint.
