When i passed practical mepl+ir+cpl . I want to re-take them because I've been afraid that with so many attempts I will not find job in any airline . :ugh:

Why?
What happens if you fail?
So no.

Are you sure you've got an ATPL? Because if you have, you've already got an airline job..

I think (hope) he means that he has valid ATPL theory exams, but the sheet shows that he took 4 attempts to pass some or all of the exams.

If the question is whether it is worth taking all the exams again just to get a sheet which shows first time passes, the answer is no. Apply for jobs as you are, with the strength of the practical passes. As whiskey1 says, what happens if you fail again? Ultimately any results you get now will be a second series of exams, and any potential employer would be able to spot that. Any first set completed is better than a second series.

Networking is far more important, and most smaller operators will only check you have the passes, not how many attempt it took.
