Do you have any feedback on interviews with CAE Cebu?
Someone from the community was recently employed as ATR captain with no type Rating?
Indeed i am surprised to be invited to the selection without type Rating..

Indeed i am surprised to be invited to the selection without type Rating..
Do a search here on CP and read, and you'll discover why. CP has a difficult time keeping pilots (especially expats) due to terrible pay, horrendous schedules, shoddy training and inept management.
And the ATR is the worse there, especially due to schedules.
Oh, and be ready to sign yourself into a long "training bond" for that type rating, a bond that is 5 to 10 times more than the cost of the type. It's called indentured servitude in the modern world.
