This is for Malaysians only... floating around the middle east. I dont know if they going to bite the bait, with lower salary, no housing, no schooling etc. Good hunting Air Asia

AirAsia pay isn't too bad given the low cost of living in Malaysia, and if you're an ethnic Malay you have benefits in housing and education not given to the Chinese and Indians.
Ryanair came to Dubai looking for pilots so who knows ?
