News saying Cx will schedule to Cape Town, when exactly will be that? Fly A359 and how many hours flight time? Day flight or night flight?

Who cares, CX might not be around in a year or two.

Oh yes, it will be perfect for your dream job flying shiny jets for CX. Just try it, you’ll find out...

I heard they already opened the base there and it's fully staffed by pilots. They're just waiting to find the airplanes.

What makes you think the OP is a pilot? There are others who frequent this forum from time to time.

I’m sure the cabin crew will take the Evian bottles off the aircraft and sell them then.

No idea. I can just see all the low time South Africans creaming their knickers at how great their life will be working for CX and commuting to Cape Town. What they don’t realize is that CX will offload them every time to carry general cargo out of Cape Town. They will be buying tickets on EK just like all the current South Africans that AT loves so much.

CX would have to "tanker" their own water. Cape Town dams will be dry by the End of April 2018. It's probably the worst drought in South Africa's history.
