Hi does anyone have any experience with Skies Aviation in Thessaloniki?
Looking perhaps to complete CPL there as WX hampering progress in UK.

you could choose Malta for CPL... most of the year is sunny and good WX.

Most places south of Paris have better weather for flying than the UK. Not just better weather, as well....

Sunny climes south of the Pyrenees
For an english speaking environment (like RT-wise) consider
in Spain: Huesca, Salamanca, Jerez;
and all of Portugal.
Also expect dryer wx than in the central mediterranean, in particular in winter.
