Hello I had situation in some frozen and humidy day that landing gear selector valve didn't respond after few minutes everything starts working fine.Maybe you have any advise to this problem? I am talking about cessna P210N 1982

*Touch the emergency handle.

Is it possible to have a kardex rebuilt when one does not have one from the manufacturer.
