Opened the FOIP this morning and saw his name and picture. I felt I was stubbed right in my chest.
What a gentleman, fly high Neil, it was a pleasure to share the front seats with you...

Yep. Terrible to hear about and indeed a great guy to fly with; both when I was an F/O and then much later on ULRs as skippers together!

RIP old mate. Could not believe the news when I heard it. We'd just ridden together at Meydan a few weeks ago and he was as fit as I've ever seen him.
20+ plus years of squabbling and being the best of mates. Guess you won't carve our Xmas turkey anymore - we will miss you and raise a glass (or three) on the 25th and every year after.
