I’m not really sure if I got the difference between the 2 , but there is definitely a difference .
To the extend I understand the security check is the routine check done after the passengers have disembark and there s no reason to fill out a form for it. Whereas the search is done when the local CAA gets onboard and requests to observers how it is done and later on there is a need to fill a form for it ?
