Air Transat Strikes again

According to the CBC article it appears that 50 passengers from an Air Transat Cuba flight entered Canada illegally at the direction of Air Transat and when caught Air Transat threw them under the bus claiming they didn't follow directions.

Well, I guess we are standing buy for another work of fiction from Mr. Hudigourt regarding this foul up, but of course we will have to wait for his company ghost writers to finish writing it!

I think the passengers are playing up the situation to squeeze some compensation!

Normal transfer and any routing deviation could have been avoided by stationing a Passenger agent on the route to direct the passengers. Looks like the pax had their duty free liquor taken away which would certainly add to any wailing.
