MS Office slow to close

Hello Everyone

Help please with MS Office!

Recently, when I close a programme from MS Office, such as Excel or Word, that programme takes up to a minute to close, whereas prior to this happening, it was closed very quickly. Oh, using a PC.

Any ideas, please?
