Possibly/probably one of the ex UK Coastguard contract aircraft.

Yes it is , stopping in Dan Helder for some maintenance and probably re spray and will be in Australia first part of 2018 .

Does that mean that it is to be repaired to get into flying condition or is this already prepared for further transport? (Partial preservation I guess?)

It will be "shipped" to Australia, not flown.
