Actually, you should have contacted me! We have known each other for many years in this PPRuNe forum.

Singapore was the only Southeast-Asia country used to have a FSDO Office where anybody can take CBT written test. There were FAA Flight Operation Inspectors readily available years ago.

The last one went back to the States few years ago and he is my facebook.

Last year, I met a FAA DPE in Sentosa Cove. He is authorised to sign anything up till ATP level.
