Be very careful of Kalitta, do the research.
Kalitta is many different companies.
Kalitta Air k-4 they call it, teamsters just made things local 1224 better.
Kalitta charters is same union 1224, but different company, k-2 they call it big difference in terms and conditions and salary and no union contract as of 4 years after voting them in.
Dont think all the same as many have been confused by this only to leave later .

It used to be simple. "Connie" was the call sign for the 121 cargo airline (Kalitta Air) and "Kalitta" was the call sign for the 135 Lears and Falcons (Kalitta Charters). But now the 135 operation (Kalitta Charters) has grown to DC-9s and 727s (Kalitta Charters II). So which company are you asking about?
