Interfax reporting 4 emergency landings in critical foggy weather at Moscow Vnukovo airport on Nov.13. All four pilots requested emergency clearance due to fuel problems. The four aircraft have been subsequently checked and found to have enough fuel for safe flights to reserve airport Nijni Novgorod. Turns out all four decided to trick ATC to avoid eventual airport shut down and being stuck in a queue. No action was taken with respect to the 4 different airlines in question.
