Wires were involved, given the powercut reported, but unclear if that was cause or effect.

Additionally, the tail is on the side of the riverbed below the bridge per this image

Witnesses saw them flying unusually low.

From the Japanese news report:
Weather was cloudy/foggy but no rain, some witness saw a piece of the tail come out of the aircraft, aircraft made sudden turn around
plummeted 700m and cut the power line on way down.

4 on board and heavy equipment for a local power plant, this was a replacement aircraft as the original aircraft assigned for the mission was unavailable at the last minute.

What I read was that they had been doing heavy lifting of plant machinery all day and were on their way home when it happened.
