Admittedly I am not current on European and National Agreements so what is your take on the situation.

Since Catalonia's declaration of independence, what is the current status regarding European and National landing rights, slots, permits, etc.

Surely Spain is in a position to deny access to Barcelona, etc., through it's airspace.? I also know that imposing such a blockade would legitimise the regime further, something which Spain may not want to consider.

As far as the Spanish governemnt and the EU are concerned Catalunya is not independent - so no change.

This is not a situation like UDI in Southern Rhodesia.

Even if Catalonia have declared independence, other countries would have to recognise the legitimacy of Catalonia first, which they said they won't do (at present) for this to be the case.
