Does anyone have any information on an airline in the Philippines called Royal Air Charter Service, that apparently just acquired an Avro RJ100?

It's a start up charter airline here in the Phil. ,, it's base in CIA, they're getting 3 Avro RJ 100. Planning to take-off by Jan. 2018

Thanks for that info. Do you know when the next two RJ100s are due, and what kind of services they plan to operate? The range of an RJ100 is not great, so I would imagine mainly domestic + a few nearby countries? If they’re based at Clark, it’s curious that the first RJ100 was delivered to PPS.
