And a dog.
Stalled when trying to go around after landing aborted due to gusts. Aircraft also caught fire, an unusual occurence for a DA42.

The Go Around, one of the most under estimated manoeuvres in the book. The amount of pilots I see who are behind the curve as they change the flight phase. Got to be on your game. Usual caveats here, it may have been something unrelated, out of the pilots control, and sorry about the four lives lost, but.....
