Lethal for CX. Better economics than the A359 with fewer seats = more destinations that we can't (or won't) serve. Death by a thousand tiny cuts! Smart move by HNA.

Not sure about the economics argument, CXorcist. A fair bit smaller than the A50. As one of our respected elders recently quipped: "with the 350, Airbus have designed a Boeing; and with the 787, Boeing have designed an Airbus"

B787 and B777x have out sold the A50-900 and -1000, at a rate of 2 to 1
Hasn't the A330 outsold the 787 for the last 5 years ?
