Anyone have any ideas on the Stobart Air Assessment?

Also I've done some investigation on Stobart Air, and it seems a nice place to work for the long term. If you have any ideas or experience with Stobart please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi Guys,

I have an assessment for Stobart Air on the ATR coming up soon.

Does anyone here have any experience with Stoabart Air interviews or turboprop interviews in general?

Many Thanks

Lewis

AirlinePrep The App has a full Stobart feedback brief.

Bought the AirlinePrep thing, its very generic, practically same as another brief I bought for another airline. Has anyone been to an interview Recently that knows what gets asked and what the Sim is?

Evening,

Anyone have any update on how the interview and sim assessment went? I've heard the interview can be fairly technical?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

The interview is very technical and covers a wide range of topics. I did it a few months back. The sim i suppose was as easy or difficult as you make it. Overall a very fair assessment and great experience

Thanks for the info - was expecting a lot of tech due to the aircraft type. Good to hear about the sim also.

Hope it was a positive result for you!!

Thanks, yes it was successful. They did seem to focus more on the tech stuff with only a few HR type questions. Best of luck!

Does anybody have any information on how long on average people are waiting in the hold pool at the moment?

Thanks

Depends, for non rated FOs it's around 5 months to start. For captains it's a lot less.

Much appreciated, thanks.

Assessment in 2 parts,
interview and SIM, ATR in DUB.
Very nice and relaxed atmosphere, team HR and former training captain from Stobart/Aer Aran-
general questions, personal situation, why to Stobart, what do you bring into the company, some tech questions, relating to your experience.
SIM basics flying, all manual, DUB SID, QDR intercept, holding, ILS, non precision-
all manually flown

Thats interesting flylion we got pretty much same as you describe except our sim was in 737/800 and throw in 45 degree steep turns as well.
