Anyone know what Saxon Air can do for a 900XP Pilot. I have emailed but no response. Does anyone what it's like to work for them?

Decent company should reply to emails....

B0LL0CKS!

When will people learn that sending an email, is just one of several ways of getting in touch. Nowadays, with the vast volumes of junk that get sent to people, how have you ensured that your email went to the right person? Did you send a CV by post? Did you try to speak to someone in recruitment. Or did you assume that by sending an email, that you were entitled to a response?

If they have advertised for employees and they don't respond to an application, then they aren't a decent outfit. It also speaks volumes as to their attitude to employees. IMHO.

I've found them to be one of the better companies out there.

Whilst emails are an extremely convenient method for the sender to conjure up a 'contact' situation - I prefer the telephone method if you need a response.
As someone who also receives such calls - I acknowledge what it takes to 'make that call'.
If I don't want to receive calls - I'll turn it off ;-)

That MIGHT be true, but...my email address is used quite extensively for our flight planning etc. Works mighty fine but for a few recipients, that never get my emails or only selectively. For example, very often when I dropped a handling/slot request at LCY Jetcentres email address, its not found at all after an confirmation call or sometimes in the spam folder. Has gotten better in recent times for no (to me) apparent reason. I used the same computer, mail program and address for many years. Wetehr they changed anything or my complaining did some good - I donīt know. So, email is not 100% assured delivery, even when 99,9% of your emails go through, some donīt.

Maybe the reason you are not getting an answer is as simple as that they are currently recruiting for a MFO and that he should probably answer the application
