Palma queues

Anyone got an up to date assessment of the immigration and security queues, which were much talked about in the press a couple of weeks ago?
Seems little point in arriving 3 hours before my flight if check-in doesn't open until 2 hours before!

Flew PMI to EXT 8 August with Thomson. Took 1 hour from being dropped off the bus to getting through bag drop, security and passport control to the gate for a mid morning flight.

Came out of Palma late June with no issues, however inbound earlier that month had a 30 min wait to get through imigration. However I would point out that recently coming back through Manchester I have had equally long delays when inbound from Munich / Dubai/ Houston so not just a European issue.

Entering PMI Weds evening was an absolute doddle!
15 mins from boarding the bus at the remote bay,via immigration, collecting bags, to taxi pick up.
Hoping return trip is as pain free!

Glad to say no problems at all departing PMI.
