ADFO selling 777 to 330 fleet transfer as product of HPE and CPS?!? Don't think that was the goal of the Aoa cps hpe negotiators...

They were gonna offer this anyway and allocation will be in rev seniority for skippers....

how disingenuous.

It’s not just Katspiss selling us this BS. El Presidente gulped the Koolaid and recently wrote;

“The fact that fleet transfer was mentioned in this NTC is a step in the right direction as for the first time ever the Company has acknowledged, in print, this objective.”

The Company has dangled the carrot of Fleet Transfer for years. This is nothing new. Numerous times, DFOs have promised much and delivered zip. The difference now is that we don’t have the bases to allow people to change type. The “joker system” is an example. Back when bases were offered, if you were on the wrong fleet for the base (but right for you) you had to wait for a joker, unless of course the Company wanted you on base, then your conversion started the next day and your joker was considered “played”. Zero transparency and total control by management.

As for committing in print, El Presidente forgets last years TAs had a commitment for a consultation into Fleet Transfer. To get the “consultation”, we had to swallow Clause 7.

This isn’t new. There’s no step in the right direction. It’s just carrot and stick. First they shove the carrot, followed by the stick, followed by an even bigger, rougher carrot.
