Just enquiring on this Malaysian Airline. Been told it is a carbon copy of Lion Air and is operating it's crews to death ignoring basic human rights. Is there any truth on this rumour. Additionally heard flight and cabin crew leaving at a shocking pace.

Since when do pilots enjoy the protection of basic human rights??
I'd suggest that Malindo is much better run than Lion with more reliable rostering than Lion for example. However, the Malaysian pilots union (MAPA) had forbidden the recruitment of expats in previous months. However, that will change in the near future as expansion plans crunch with the reality of the scarcity of experienced Capts.
