Would any fellow learned aviator know if an airfield is available at Rainbow in Victoria?
If so, any information greatly appreciated.
My research so far has turned up nothing. :(

YRBW appears to be a dirt strip about 1nm south west of Rainbow Victoria, Easily visible on Google Earth.

Drove up and down it, week before last. Good facility. The DSE put it in around ten years ago.
kaz3G----why the Eye rolls? How would he have know you were a woman? It's not in your profile. If you wish to be correctly identified then put the info in your public profile please.
It would appear to me that 90% of people wasting their time in Pprune are male and it's therefore an easy mistake for him to make.
Your post without the Eye rolls would be better.

I have visited Hattah twice Kaz (well Mildura actually), having competed in the Hattah Desert Race on a motorcycle( which coincidentally is on this weekend). A Very challenging event indeed.
I am ashamed to admit that I had no idea of it's proximity to Rainbow, a place which I had nil idea of it's existence until a couple of weeks ago.
Rainbow is hosting the 3rd and final round of the CAMS Australian Offroad Championships in a couple of weeks time, and I shall be competing there.
