Boeing folks.

The triple freighter procedures states to set main deck flow to high at top of descent. Any ideas why?

I'd be interested where you read this, the 777F FCOM that I use only mentions making sure the supernumerary area is secure as a difference between a pax 777.

FCOM amplified procedures.

I would assume to increase the airflow since engines are at idle in case you would be carrying live animals or people moving about in the main deck

My operator does not have that said procedure though

Totally different aircon system to pax a/c and EK has all the options on it for livestock carriage so you can carry 70 DOBBINS !
