Flight Numbers Database - International

Hello,
I'm looking for a comprehensive, up-to-date, list of all the flight numbers used by the major airlines internationally (for domestic and international services).
I've conducted a thorough search online and while some of the ADSB tracking sites have this kind of data, no comprehensive, downloadable list seems to be available.
Specifically, I'm after this kind of code and the respective departure and destination points:

Qantas - QF489 - Sydney - Melboune
Qantas - QF128 - Sydney - Hong Kong
Qatnas - QF30 - Hong Kong - Melbourne

Any assistance or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.

As per the previous post, OAG (and Innovata) (http://www.innovata-llc.com/) are the two main players. Note, however, that

comprehensive + up-to-date = not cheap

Depends what your budget is. :O
