So I'm a filipino who was born in the Philippines but currently lives in the UK. I am just about to enter University here to do Aeronautical engineering but my dream is to be a pilot so I intend to go back to the Philippines for flight training once I graduate as it is very expensive here.

Unfortunately, I have mild protan colour blindness. I have done formal, extensive colour vision tests here in the UK which is approved by the UK CAA. My results did show that I have a certain degree of colour deficiency but I am considered as "colour safe" which means I am within the limits in order to perform and fly an aircraft safely.

I have a certificate and a report that states this, the UK CAA will accept this and allow me to fly however I am not sure whether the PH CAA will accept this or PAL Academy for that matter. I mean, if the UK CAA accepts it then surely PH CAA will too but if not, I suppose there is no point going back to the PH for flight training.
