I am assuming you require this for flight sim. This is the SOP document of Ryanair Virtual and to my knowledge it is fairly accurate. You can find all that you are looking for.

It is for FS but not looking for sops or joining a VA but thank you. I'm just after these 2 sections as they have been updated in last year or so.
