Folks

I need your help regarding 'phone useage.

I live in the UK, and have Vodafone as my 'phone provider. I spend a fair amount of time in Dubai, and need to be able to make local calls there. Vodafone is real expensive, yet getting a local 'phone as a non-resident is virtually impossible.

Does anyone have a solution, please?

Thanks!

Doesn't Vodafone have an App similar to O2's TuGo App where you leave the phone on Airplane mode and make all the calls via a wifi connection?
