Does this indicate the GC will be wearing nothing but the red lanyard at sign on? 😝

I'm more concerned with a newsletter that is saying we are hopeful of a breakthrough in the near future.
It's normally closely followed by another update stating with surprise that the company has ignored everything that was spoken about over the preceding months of meetings, and are unilaterally implementing their own solution to whatever problem that had been confidentially discussed.

Yea, another consultant to advise them of their mismanagement.

I'm sure the payed for advise will be filed with all the others and they will carry on as usual.

Did you mean "the paid for advice". Thought so……………..

Yes. Thank you for the erection.

These devices can fill in the wrong word now and then.

Absolute muppets. And to think we're paying them

Very constructive. Perhaps you could offer your thoughts on how to improve our situation?

Well they ARE supposed to represent the membership. So in a way yes, they are "muppeting" the membership.

You may be very surprised to find out what the majority wants, is willing to do for it, and what they will actually take.

Perhaps the GC/Pres did not want to admit that the grizzly BEAR in the room is not negotiating in good faith?

Btw did the GFBFA actually offer a definition of "good faith"?

Why would you not vote for Rod, simply based on the fact the the DFO stated he was "difficult" to deal with? You have all been hoodwinked by the touchy freely let's talk our way to a solution brigade!

Please Rod come back and have another tilt - we need you more than ever!

The only salient thing on this update, aside from the usual "we're hard at work talking to a wall" and a typo, is that the list of guys leaving the AOA/company is about as long as that of those joining... for the first time in a long while.
SOs and Fos too, barely any retirees.

That alone is worth a thousand words. CX, once one of the brightest stars in an aspiring pilot's career, is now just a step in the ladder. One of those 'get-a-rating-and-get-out' outfits.
All part of the greater plan, I suppose.

Even though some seem to have resigned twice!!

Is that guys leaving the AOA or company?

Yes, but not that one.

Why comms need to be secret between associations is beyond me.

I guess the CX management style is contagious
