All foreign crew will do themselves well to stay clear of this airline. The turnover rate of pilots and maintenance engineers there is quite high. This is bcos the owner who is a pilot himself is full of crap and treats pilots with no iota of respect. Additional, the quality and standard of aircraft maintenance is abysmal. As it is now most of his birds are grounded due to lack of crew and due major inspections on both the ATR42/72 and B1900D fleets
